We work with partner-suppliers that share our commitment to ethical and Fairtrade purchasing. Our priority is to create menus with a seasonal focus that champion excellence and quality, using UK produced ingredients wherever possible.
We are proud to be an accredited London Living Wage employer. We also offer several team wellbeing initiatives include volunteer days, social activities, regular personal reviews, and an open-door policy
Little Canapes, Big Heart
Our unique, No Waste canapes, are offered in support of food surplus charity, City Harvest London. This inspiring organisation redistributes surplus produce to over 375 community projects across London and our initiative raises vital funds to support its work. Every £1 we raise is the equivalent of 4 meals for those facing food poverty.
